Fun little park! Old timey sand instead of modern play stuff, which my toddler loved. Good slides and swings! No fence and pretty close to a highway. Bathrooms were actually well maintained.
The park appears to be as well-maintained as it can be, but clearly does not get the attention of other parks and playgrounds. There are plywood replacement platforms on the playset where the old platforms are damaged which could cause splinters over time and the metal parts show signs of rust while the whole playground structure could use a coat of paint if not replacement.
