Kleaux Kouture Boutique

Why do they never answer the phone! All I got was an automated message saying that I would receive a refund on 5-7 business days. Well it has been 7 days now and I have sent to see anything returned to me. This is why I don’t shop these online boutiques unless I know the person myself or they were recommended to me with honest reviews!

I purchased a few an items from this store. One of the items is poorly made so I sent it back the very next day. item was unworn. I packaged it in the plastic it came in and I put it in an usps package and taped it to ensure it wouldn't open. I followed up with the return via email. the owner got back to me saying the package hasn't been opened and if the return meets all criteria she would provide store credit. Shortly after that email, she replied and said the item was soiled in coffee. I don't drink coffee first and foremost. Secondly the item was returned how I received it. There was no stains or anything. I'm baffled because how can an item get stained in plastic. someone had to open it and purposely spill coffee on it. The coffee looked fresh in the picture. I'm in california and the store is in New Orleans. I shop online all the time and this is my first time having this experience with a boutique. be careful shopping at this boutique. I strongly believe coffee was poured on the item to prevent me from receiving store credit. I will never purchase from this boutique again. The boutique is dishonest!!!!

Be careful doing business with this merchant. I have placed multiple orders with them and when its good its good but if you experience any issues with your order don't look to them for help. Emails will be ignored or you will be told that they will look into your issue but they never get back to you. I was sent the wrong order and immediately contacted them. They were super responsive then but once i sent the merchandise back and wanted to get my actual order the responses and request for help were ignored. They need better customer service.

she is amazing. great customer service. shipping used to be faster but she keeps you updated so you are informed. 5 stars all day

My daughter, 2 of my cousins, and I came into store last month. Kleaux kouture staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with our purchase. I was told there would be a sale on Labor Day. I purchased 5 more items. I received the items today and they fit lovely.
