I’m a truck driver I make good money and I had a reasonable amount for a down payment I went to this place and they wouldn’t even offer me a application for the car because I’m Black he didn’t even let me step in the office I will never go here or tell anybody about this place that’s why the lot is filled with cars with spider webs all on them because they are racist people and won’t sell to anybody but their own

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! RACIST OR JUST DONT LIKE PEOPLE!nnMe and my husband work very hard every day. I am a very educated nurse here in New Orleans and my husband works for the city. We finally found a car that we were interested in, and being we are trying to live a life without acquiring a lot of debt and make smart decision with our money, we thought to view a car at the location that has been posted for sale for a little over a month.nnI BELIEVE THAT THE WOMAN THAT WORKS AND GREETED US, judged me and my husband from the very beginning. One evening, once my husband had gotten off of work, we stopped by to view the car we had been eyeing for a while. As soon as we walked into this slum of a yard, a woman approached us and said “WHAT DO YOU NEED?!” ......(first thing that happened that was in error) my husband being the gentleman that he was ignored her attitude and asked to view the car. She was very hesistant and very resistant to show us (I choose to believe it’s because we are African American, but I can be wrong. She can just hate people)nnSo After viewing the car, my husband asked if it was okay to test drive the car. The woman response was “no not today, it’s late, I have stuff to go do, I have to pick up my aunt, not today.”nnSo my husband stated we will come back the next day. She agreeded. Well, the next morning after I finished working a 12 hour nightshift at the hospital, I picked my husband up bright and early on the way home to view the car.nnOnce we arrived, the same woman was in the back of the building where we were told to enter. As my husband approached this woman, she looked him up and down. He asked to view the car. Her response was “are you ready to buy or your just waste my time?!” My husband was baffled. He stated, “ excuse me?!”nnShe stated, “you want to buy now or you just want to drive and look at it???????? If you just want to look at it , no! I’m very busy and your wasting my time! IM WORKING, I don’t have time to waste!”nnShe didn’t even say “hello, give me a moment, may I help you, Anything” matter fact she never even looked us in the eyes! She simple went off And walked away.nnMy husband simply stated, “you know what, never mind”nWe got in our car and left. As bad as I wanted to go off!!! I didn’t! Bc I knew I didn’t want to misrepresent us!nnBut I took my precious time to write this review to WARN PEOPLE! DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY WHERE IT WILL NOT BE APPRECIATED!!!! Customer service and respect is A BIG DEAL when running a business. THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD on a car lot. Normally, those who sell cars as a profession approach you before you approach them, and answer your inquiries. THIS WOMAN HAD THE ATTITUDE OF “what do you want, I don’t have time, your not wanted here, I don’t need your money, you can not look at the Cars, just give me your money, take the car and go!” I WILL NEVER go back to this place and will let everyone I know to never support this business! SHAME!!!!?!???

My brother and I are purchasing a vehicle for our parents and Bac has amazing deals for the price here. Cleaned the car up and detailed before he gave us the keys.

Only went here because its so close to my house, went in and ask about an estimate on my 2002 pathfinder. Not really major damage just one front left fender and headlght damage. I feel like the guy took a look at me and judged me from the beginning. He told me my car is too old. A 2002? Really? Whatever, i can spend my money somewhere else.
