We had to come here since we were a thousand miles away from home and they treated us like we were from here. Kitty, the service advisor had a good attitude, knowledge, and was very kind to us. We are very grateful that in a moment filled with anxiety and worry on our part, they were able to fix our SUV (in less time than the 4-5 hour wait we were told) and get us back on the road home. Thank you so much for your kindness. Kitty was a pleasure to work with.

This was the second time I’ve been to this establishment and both times I felt I was treated like my business wasn’t valued. Unfortunately it seemed to me the higher the position of the employee the worst the service was. I’m a veteran who happened to be traveling and had a emergency and not one time did I feel welcome nor did I feel my safety and everyone else on the road health was priority. As a aviation mechanic myself I’d never willingly direct a vehicle to leave my business without at lease trying to ensure my decision wouldn’t lead to a tragedy. Will never visit this location again. They could have the literal fountain of youth I I would pass it.

Had a schedule appointment today for 11, Samantha got me in and out in less than on e hour service was great

Great service love mrs samatha even though she tried to get me to apply for pep boys credit card 10 times in 2 hours but great people good mechanics!!
