What I have to say that everybody doesn't know, just right if you choose it for a breakfast or a meal.
Employees are rude, service is slow, ice cream machine does not work, drive through is dirty, and it is looking more and more like they have lost their way. Ended up not getting the order right in the end. These are all common trends nation wide it seems like. McDonald's will definitely be a last resort.
I finally had to leave after 15 minutes in drive through. No one took my order. When I got around to the other side of building, they had 5 people waiting. I guess they didn't want to Jack up their time at the drive through window. Second time I've had to leave without ordering in one week.
Slowest drive through. 12 am Sunday waiting for more than 20 minutes
Attitude is unbelievable, the drive through workers were very rude, the manager was okay but need to make employees talk to the customers better, then they had the nerves to have missing food, after rudely saying everything was in the bag, if they cant handle the pressure of fast food they need another career choice. I know sometimes rude customers can set the tone for employees but they should learn not to take that frustration out on the other customers
