I been going here for a few years now and they just opened back up yesterday and I didn’t like it’s one of the employees was rude had hell and she was talking about me until she noticed when look at her then she start Whispering in the other employee ear. So I’m not good back r giving them my business.
4:30pmnI have been coming to this Family Dollar for years and have always been treated with dignity and respect, and the staff have always been willing to help, however, I just visited this store and was highly disrespected by a cashier behind the counter named (ERICA). Someone needs to know how Erica treats the customers. I am not happy with this particular employee and I will address this matter with the manager the next time I see her and file a formal complaint.The manager and I have known each other for years and I have been a faithful customer for yrs.The manager should and will made aware of how this particular employee (Erica) treats the customers in the managers absence. This is the managers day off per another staff member, however I will be following up on this complaint.n***Upper management, please read and follow up on this situation, as this is a formal complaint on employee named (Erica). Always wonderful employees but the a/c has been off for months and it's hot as hell.
Cashier was very speedy and friendly. There was no ac in the store, which made it very hot for the employees and customers.
The store was packed with product with narrow aisles. Costs were competitive. Great to have a store with this much product in a smaller community.nCashier was exceptionally nice.
