Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development (Lake Charles District Headquarters)

There’s a mandatory evacuation and the highway department and state police are nonexistent failing the population making a reasonable evacuation. I would think this would be a major responsibility other that repairing roads and giving tickets. They need to step up their game and do a real public service.

Every time I've come to the office with a concern it has been addressed with politeness. I've also really found that their notices on the 511 app are very helpful in planning my day. Great job!
