This place has been so incredibly helpful to me as a woman going through a very difficult divorce. David is excellent at what he does and was extremely supportive of my difficult situation. I always felt that he completely understood my situation and has amazing insights into reading people. I always felt extremely safe and always relieved after conversations with him! I would highly recommend this place. He is very fair, reasonable and direct. I appreciated so much how transparent he was with explaining fees to me as well and he got everything done for us for a very reasonable price. All of the staff were very helpful and efficient!

In January 2018, my wife and I visited Common Ground Divorce Mediation. Dave convincingly declared that he could help us work out our differences and arrive at a divorce agreement, for the low, low price of $3800. We met with him twice for several hours. In one session he wore sweats and had bare feet. While listening to us talk about our difficulties, he was gnawing on a cured hormel sausage. The sessions proved to be unfruitful. Almost three years later, I am still trying to get divorced. Beware of Dave's hard oversell.

As hard as a divorce can be for many, Common Ground made the process very smooth and easy! Everyone in there is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all questions that my Ex wife had I had and they made the process feel fair to both of us. They wanted both of our inputs on everything and it made it feel like they really wanted what was best for both of us. They also made the process go by very quick! It would have been faster if I didn’t have a whole bunch of things come up but life happens. I would 100% recommend common grounds to anyone who is looking for the smoothest divorce process possible!

Booked appointment, sure this was free consultation but 9 minutes before the time David asked if we could reschedule for a different day. I said sure but was disappointed. He called and berated me for wanting to have a little unhurried time with him. Text thread is pretty obtuse from a “professional”. My advice steer clear. I guess that what you get when you google and don’t get a word of mouth referral.

I called Common Ground when I was just completely ready to be done with an abusive marriage and finally had the money to do it. Right away, I found empathy and a proactive attitude from everyone I talked with at Common Ground. During the COVID 19 crisis, things were delayed and Cheyenne, bless her heart, was willing to make calls and see that my case wasn't sitting on the bottom of a pile. If you need help, this is the right place with the right team!
