Honestly this is my favorite area to be in shreveport. So. Much. Nature. Anyone who's a local knows all the cool trails across the street in the woods/forest there. I've gone for years to hangout, explore, and adore mother nature
Nice place to walk through in the summer, has picnic tables throughout
Great place if you stick to the trails- broken glass is everywhere! In the dirt, in the parking lot- Everywhere! Like completely saturated.
A great place to run and walk for exercising. However it need some updated concession along the routes. Like restrooms and water facilities. Also removal of dead tree limbs.n.
