The park seems to be quite, it looks as though everyone keep there Windows blinds closed and they mind their own business. The owners keep the grass cut and they also pay the water. Big plus, the parents seems to monitor their children ,they do not run wild out here. The people are friendly and I don't see unleashed pets.

Quiet little park there are kids but even they play quietly. It's perfect for elders or a beginner family.
