We had an excellent experience with Erik. He took care of all our estate planning needs and answered all our questions. He is ethical, to the point, and respectful of your time and his. I high recommend working with Erik. He was also more than willing to answer some questions I had about estate planning before we even hired him.

Appointment was to obtain info about what to do when spouse died without will. Mr. Paulson, was easy to speak with about emergent issue of spouse who died without a will. Info was quick, complete, with focus on following the state law. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Pleasant. Also will be having a financial POA written for me. Good to get done.

This is Erik Paulsen. Regarding the previous review posted by Allison Staheli, she has the wrong attorney. She spelled it "Paulson" but my name is spelled "Paulsen". I have never met Allison, collected money from her, or know anything about her except what she posted under my firm. I have been doing Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning for 23 years with thousands of happy clients. I have never done a divorce or met with any person about doing a divorce. She must have me confused with someone else. Allison, if you read this post, please remove the incorrect information you wrote.
