You guys need to hire drivers that care. I told you guys to leave the order outside and to please not knock, so what does the driver do? Revs the car 4 times and honks when he's leaving, around midnight. Why , can I ask why that happened? I'm strongly considering never ordering again because that was very rude

We definitely had a miscommunication tonight. Though we usually order from this Domino's pretty regularly with good result, we did not get what we ordered, we were overcharged, and the manager was pretty impolite. We ordered pasta BREAD bowls, and after being assured they could provide that, we received just pasta dishes without the BREAD bowls. When calling to explain the problem, the manager offered half off our next order - not a good option if someone may not order from you again based on your customer service. I was certainly willing to pay for the pizza we ordered, but should have been refunded the bread bowls. He did refund the entire order, but not before cutting me off mid-sentence and brushing me off rudely. I'm sad to report this because we normally have a good experience with this store, I'm hoping it was just a bad day.

The food is good, they have some decent deals but when you order delivery its 5 dollar fee, I can order from the pizza place down the street get better food and free delivery

This is maybe the best dominos pizza place ever been ! And today went beyond and definition with the girl at the register. Simply perfect customer service skills . She was training someone too sitting next to her and she was focusing on my as a customer and focusing on her to be well trained ! Even when I order a delivery they are always very helpful and knowledgeable with the offers they have . Congratulations! This is what makes a place successful
