I was going to Subway but was convinced by my sister that Zaxby's was a better choice. This was my first visit and I am glad I decided to go. The chicken was not dry out nor were there skimpy pieces. This was an excellent choice and I'm totally going back!!

First time trying it! Unlike someone else's review that had an issue with cleanliness, while they owned rats, I think this place is pretty rad and delicious. Also the door may be confusing but no eating inside yet.

I really wanted to put 5 stars because this was my first time here and the food was outstanding. Unfortunately, the face of the company really affected my ratings for this specific store. The service was THE WORST I've ever experienced. The, what seemed like, a new cashier, that worked the night shift on January 22, acted as if she did not want to be at work. I even asked if she had any suggestions for sauces on the wings, just to get her to get out of that funk, but she just dropped her head to the side, as if she had ZERO energy to even hold her head up, and just shook her head 'no.' She was this way to the other people in line, as well. To top it all off, she was not wearing a mask. Out of the entire team, I may have seen one or two employees wearing a mask. Overall, great food, but VERY BAD experience with the staff.

Zaxby's has very good customer service. The food is always hot and delicious. Also, I am a big fan of their lemonade.

Placed online order and still had to wait and hour. Plus side the food was warm and my salad that they left off my order and had to go back in to get was fresh.
