I needed a ride ASAP for my handicaped sister from Los Angeles to LAX airport in three hours. I could not contact anyone from Lyft, or any other limousine service via phone. Arturo answered, and personally picked up my sister, stayed in contact with me & got her to the airport like he assured me he would. I had to book from Texas because she’s coming here to visit us. Despite the fact that ive read way to many books where people get kidnapped by their drivers I memorized every little detail about my driver just in case I got kidnapped. But he was kind and very quiet. Answered my questions with strait answers and wasn't rude in any way.
Called the day before and scheduled a pickup--had to call them 2hrs before my appointment to ask for a pickup.nnI got a lot of excuses
