The lady here has amazing customer service. I came in several days for a few weeks and this women never missed a beat and represented the hertz brand phenomenally to each customer with same respect and care as the last! Will def rent from this location again!

First, vehicle wasn't clean, reeked of marijuana.nSecond, no one there on a Saturday afternoon to accept my return. I filled out the info on the key and left it in the drop box, then they charged me for an ENTIRE EXTRA DAY. Because THEY don't have anyone working on a Saturday and that's my fault apparently.nnI called DOZENS of times, before someone answered who then hung up on me. I disputed the charges with my credit card company.nnAnd I pressed theft charges with the Shreveport PD. These people are scumbag SCAMMERS.

Not very happy with this place. I originally rented a 4 door sedan. The guy asked if I wanted to upgrade for free to an SUV so of course I said yes. We are traveling for the holidays for a week and could use the space. Our upgrade was an Ford EcoSport. A compact SUV with less room than a Prius. After we realized it was not enough room for the people and luggage, I went back to ask him for the sedan and as I was walking in he was walking out at 8:32pm when they close at 9pm. I asked him if they were closed and he said yes and continued to his car. I’m more irritated at the fact that it was suppose to be an SUV upgrade but it was not. If your hours say you’re open until 9, then you should be open until 9. Not a half hour earlier. I will not rent a car from them again.
