Some of the best Customer Service I've ever had from a retail store. I bought a gallon of stain blocking paint and had them tint it to the color I thought I needed for our ceiling. Turned out to be the wrong color, and it had a sheen to it. They not only took the gallon back, but told me to bring in a quarter size sample of the color I need and the completely re did the paint.. No charge. Can't beat that!
I walked in with mask as it is posted at the door... nobody inside including personal was wearing a mask. I was not greeted, not even a single employee acknowledged my presence because they were too busy talking very loudly to each other. I spend about 10 minutes looking at color options by myself when I decided to ask a question. Waited at the desk for a few minutes while the employee who was right there in front of me was having a lou and not work related private conversation with 2 other employees. I gave up and walked out. Not getting my business especially knowing how they talk about other customers.
Great shopping experience with a very nice young associate. Their paint is the very best I have ever used. It is expensive, but their sale is now on. Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions. Nice to see a store with such kind and decent sales people. I will continue to buy all my paint supplies at this store.
Always has friendly and helpful staff. Love the quality of their products. Makes my home feel luxurious.
