Food was good. Ordered 6 exrra biscuits. Got charged for 6. Got told that they only had 2 and that they could give me cookies to replace the 4 they didn't have. Not once did they ask if I wanted to wait for new biscuits. When i got home to almost dry creek...there were NO extra biscuits and only 3 cookies. Ugh.
Is it really rocket science to make the correct orders?? I’ve always loved KFC, but ordering at the one in Deridder gives me anxiety! Because they never get my orders right. There’s always something missing AND at the same time they will give you the wrong side items. If you’re ordering here, better be ready for getting random items. At least they are intelligent enough to charge you enough $$, but not able to give out the right (amount of) items. Good job, good job :)
This KFC I drive 20 mins to get to even though there another KFC down the street from me. Customer service alone is worth the drive. I had to wait for my BBQ wings which I had no problem doing. The cashier gave me a free Pepsi and a cookie for my wait. The shift manager is always sweet. I'd definitely and will gladly drive the distance to spend my money here. Thank you so much for the awesome service.
This would be a great place to open a restaurant, awful service. You need to hire people who are nice and can communicate properly.
