It's McDonald's what else can you say.
Friendly crew at this one.
This McDonald's used to be good but now they are always leaving something out of my order through the drive-thru the French fry boxes are never full they're always half-full to empty and the bread is hard and this didn't just happen one or two times it is every time I come to this McDonald's. This McDonald's is a train wreck the managers seriously need to get more help or make their employees move a little faster. If you order inside it's like they take care of you last and if you are parked in one of those spots for curbside delivery it's even worse it seems like there is no coordination someone needs to really go in there and be a team leader and get things together because it is a disaster. I would choose to go to a different McDonald's in the morning before going to work but it's too far away
Very efficient visit. Employees friendly and polite. Drive through greeting was prompt. Order and pickup same. Meal packaged well including necessary items. Food was hot. Visited during busy afternoon hours was impressed.
What can I say? It's McDonald's. If you like McDonald's, you'll like this Cleveland hwy location in, I believe, Varnell. The location is a little hard to navigate. But they have the absolute nicest people working the speaker and window. They're almost suspiciously nice. But without it sounding fake or forced. Never had a bad experience here. Keep it up.
