Always leaving out my sauces. Edit... I've been with Papa Johns since they opened. After my two hour wait on delivery, i will never order from here again. After I heard that the diver and manager bad mouthed me, I deserve quality, not pompous antics. Still bad. EDIT Don't waist you precious time.

Multiple orders with request for cheese dip. No dip sent any of the times. One instance driver was sent back for the dip. Most recent incident involved a phone call to the business and they advised they ran out 2 days ago. There was no communication prior to delivery to same to attempt to substitute the sauce. Instead the store stated that the sauces were credited to my account. This does not help me with dipping sauce for my plain breadsticks.

We had a basic order. Large pepperoni with extra cheese, bread sticks, and a 2 liter Pepsi. The pizza arrived on time, but was almost cold and tasted like day-old pizza. There was definitely not extra cheese, which we paid for. The “quality seal” that ensures no one has opened it after it was packaged was torn off, looking like someone had opened it, and the driver forgot our pepsi at the store. Very poor service and food quality.

Thanks to Google for changing and putting the incorrect Rd name, having to call and actually speak to this location management wants to argue and be rude instead of listen to the customers about what the location and street name is instead don’t contact the customer for 2 hours and cancel an order which the refund took a week to even receive back. The rating for this store is already low and it’s not been open very long in this town. If you want good service and pizza domino’s delivers and much better service...

They were preparing my pizza for 45 minutes and once it got here it was very very cold. I have been a long time customer but not anymore. I will buy my pizza from walmart and cook it at home. Worse pizza ever. Last order no dip and they left the bread stick pan in my box.
