worst pizza hut ever! i placed an order around 7:30pm and didn’t receive my order AT ALL. after hours of waiting i decided to call the restaurant for the second time at 10:50pm only for them to tell me that they were closed and i would have to call back in the morning to see if i could still receive my order.
Service was terrible..Waited a hour & thirty minutes for two pizzas & two orders of wings. The lady said she'd come out & let me know when it was ready. I had to come in & ask. She said the delivery driver took the order & they had to remake it. Im like ok. The order came out. Took it home & realized it was wrong. I brought the pizza back & they did not wanna remake it. So in all I waited 2 hrs for some pizza & they had the nerve to be upset because they got the order wrong. Ill never order from this place again. Only reason I gave two stars is because the young lady was nice.
The worst customer service ever they canceled my order without letting me know and when I called I was told the manager would let me know why and never received a call plus the order never showed canceled while I was tracking it. DO NOT EAT HERE!
It's not Ok. Pizzas looked like it was just thrown together. Very sloppy pizzas
Loved plant based pizza, just wish the would go the extra step and use vegan cheese.
