If I choose to go to the local McDonald's, which is rare, I go later in the day. Its rare for me to go because the substandard customer service and usually my order is wrong. I decided to pop in this morning at 8:30 and the long line moved quickly, the gentleman who took my order was personable and he spoke clearly when repeating my order. Both of the young ladies at the windows were extremely nice and my order was perfect. Way to go morning shift! This crew needs to retrain the other shifts!

Never thought I would like mint chocolate anything, but their (seasonal) Shamrock McFlurry was so delicious!!! I had a couple spoons of my granddaughter's. The tiny crystals were so good, and there's a hint of lime taste to the shake. It doesn't sound like it would go together but it totally works! ud83dude0d

Supposed to open 5 a.m.-12 a.m. went by at 10:30 after picking my son up from work, workers inside, all signs at drive-thru lit up yet no one said anything while we sat there. Tried calling and got the message to enter my phone number and hit pound. Come on McDonald's, do better. It's not like Manchester has a lot of places to choose and unfortunately this is the only place with later hours.

I got 2 sausage wraps which is to suppose to contain eggs, cheese, and sausage. When I got home..there was hardly any to be found in my wrap. I got mostly cheese and just tortilla wrap. Give your customers food don't just skimp out. Keep them happy and they keep coming back.

I ordered on the app because I was passing through and was in a hurry.. I waited about 20 minutes. Never waited so long at a McDonald's. Food was good though
