Orderd thin crust pizza for pickup...got the pizza home and only live 5 minutes away...pizza was cold, cheese was dried there was no sauce on it looks like it been sitting there for days and this has happened more than once. Additionally they are very stingy with the toppings.
Was told pizza would be here in 30 min, it took 2 hours, pizza was cold, driver was rude. Called and spoke to manager who hung up on me. Horrible customer service. It's not the customers fault that the store is under staffed.
I live a mile and a half away from Dominos.nMy kids wanted pizza so I let them order it. It’s supposed to be contactless but he made my son come out to sign and then he started speaking in a different language being mad there was no tip. There’s no tip because of how close I am to them & because they charge $4.00 to bring it out anyways. There was Absolutely NO reason to be upset with a kid. I wish I would have been home at the time snd I would have called dominos about the drivers behavior.
They were terribly late. They told us that the pizza would be here about 7-7:30. It was around 8:30 something when they gave us our food. We only ordered cheesy bread and wings. The bread was amazing and very enjoyable, but the wings were cold and tasted odd.
Brooklyn style pizza was great! Light cheese was perfect. All you guys are genuinely awesome
