I used to love it but lately it turned out to be the slowest Starbucks I ever visited. Today I stayed 15 minutes on the line and I moved forward by one car.I apparently left without coffee.I mean,really ?? If you have no staff enough or anything just let us know. Same thing happens for couple months now,it was not an exception.

I regularly go to this Starbucks. I have always had great service! Everyone that has ever helped me, has been very friendly and has always gotten my order right! Today, I went through the drive thru, and when I got up to the window, a very sweet girl, (I think her name was Madison, she was new) was extra friendly and went above and beyond for me! She was having some issues reloading my Starbucks card, so she immediately asked for help and she was able to fix the problem very quickly, and efficiently! I love the way this Starbucks runs, and handles situations! Great job, Madison!

With all of the craziness that has been happening over the past year, I love and appreciate the staff here at this particular Starbucks. They take the time to know you and have relationship with you. They not only provide great product but, just as important, they care about the people. They care enough about the people that they carefully monitor and keep up with safety and health of their staff which trickles down to the safety and health of their customers. I love and appreciate this, especially in this season. The product they produce and the way they treat people as people is why I keep returning.

I visited this Starbucks today, but this was not my regular location. The Starbucks I usually go to is currently closed. However, I must say I was surprised how fast they were able to move the line considering it was backed up almost to the road when I pulled in. The person that took my order was EXTREMELY friendly, almost too friendly haha. I think I will definitely come back a lot more often!nnAlso, to the person who wrote the review before mine, maybe just make coffee at home then? No need to write a bad review.
