I’ve been here a couple of times and ordered many different drinks. I’ve ordered coffees, refreshers, ect ect. Every time I come to this location, something is off. I’ve even tried ordering online on the app so it would be easier for them to see my order. They all are still decently new but I would definitely go to a different location.

Coffee is always great but it's not worth the tiny parking lot. Drive thru is always backed up and you can't back out if a parking spot if there is a car in line at the drive thru.

They seriously cannot get orders right. I was going to the Starbucks in Ingles but this one is more convenient as I hate dragging my 1 year old out of the car. I order the same thing every time and it seems like they get lazy and only make half of your order. I normally order an iced coffee with vanilla and cream and they barely put any cream in it. Lately I’ve added caramel drizzle sweet cream and today they basically gave me an iced coffee with sweet cream. There was no regular cream, my coffee was black, and no vanilla or caramel.nI’ll stick with Ingles Starbucks. I’m tired of wasting my money.nnUpdate: I sent a complaint to corporate (I guess that’s who it went to) about it and they assured me they’d let the staff/management know and get it corrected. I’m not sure if they did or not, but all of my drinks have been up to par since then. I’ve had zero issues so I’m hoping that they worked on it with staff and it won’t happen to anyone else. Their customer service above stove level is great and very prompt. So I changed my review from a 2 to a 4 to reflect that.

Came here multiple times after it opened and they cannot get my regular drink right. It’s a basic ice coffee with sweet cream and they put way too much cold brew in it and it’s not the right color or taste. Never have an issue at other Starbucks. When I asked them to remake it, I got eye roles and it still wasn’t right. I’ll continue going into the ingles Starbucks where they know how to make drinks.
