My daughters ex boyfriend stole her key to her truck and we didn't have any luck trying to get the key back. We took out the battery, so this little twerp couldn't come and take the truck. I called Bob's Lock and Ryan (I am pretty sure thats what his name is) came out to my house to make a new key. 🗝 And I needed to put the battery back in so he could finish. That battery was so heavy, and I couldn't find a neighbor to come help me put it back in. Ryan ended up doing it and he was so cool about it. Most of the time the service guys will be irritated having to do anything extra. Or they will say it's against company policy. 😤 This is why I have been going to Bob's for years. I won't go anywhere else. They have always treated me good. And the prices are just as good as anywhere else. I even think I seen one of the guys that works there eat a worm, 🪱 this was years ago, and I think his name was Jim. 😜

Fantastic quality service. Very mindful of covid-19. Very professional. Works around your schedule. They were able to work me in sooner than scheduled which really worked for me. Fast. I am a generational customer. My patents always used Bob's Lock and Safe Key. They always treated my parents right so I didn't even want to shop around. The same quality service is still alive. You guys have given me peace of mind so I can feel safe again in my home. Thank you

I locked myself out of my car with all the lights out I couldn't think and locked myself out of my car. I called and he was super nice (even though I may have woke him up? 😂🤦‍♀️) I forgot the guys name who came to unlock my car (the one with gorgeous eyes) he was so kind and patient, my daughter had been waiting to use the bathroom and he waited for us till she finished so she wouldn't have an accident 😍 best service I've ever had or even seen when this has happened!! I would use them again if I needed to!!

I hired Bob’s to move a gun safe for me. Their employees were very professional and courteous. The garage floor where I put my safe was uneven. They leveled it for me with no hesitation. I would highly recommend their services to anybody. And I will call them again if I need any more help with any of their services.

They did a great job of installing new hardware and rekeying locks on our rental. The technician was on time and was great to work with. I would definitely use them again!
