Ordered a single pizza yesterday at 12. The store manually cancelled my order and never called me to notify it had been cancelled. I live about 15 mins from the store and decided to call them to check on where my pizza is. I was told by one person that they didn’t have any active orders for delivery, then another person came on the phone and told me they had too many deliveries so they had voided the delivery without calling me.nnRoughly 5 years ago I worked at a dominos and using my experience I know exactly what happened. It was Saturday night and instead of working, the delivery team didn’t want to make deliveries. they voided the delivery so they could have the last hour to themselves.

Absolutely love this dominoes. Every employee I have had to communicate with has bee. Extremely pleasant. The orders are always correct and the delivery drivers are always so nice and easy to work with.

I love Domino's but lately this location has gone way down hill. The pizza is always dry, sometimes even over cooked, and they never put the garlic oil on the crust anymore which is the reason we order from them to begin with. It's just getting old and I've spoken with the managers several times but they don't seem to care. Hopefully they will fix this soon or I'll have to shop elsewhere.

Wasn't ready when I got there, not a problem. Go park and wait, still no problem. 20 minutes later I decide to go inside to see what's up, my order was sitting on the shelf! I don't think they even realized I was waiting. ud83dude15
