I had the pleasure of buying my Toyota Tundra at Woburn Toyota! Barry Caine made my experience wonderful! Barry was (and is) kind, honest, and jovial on the job. Barry is everything you want your car salesman to be! I must also point out that Barry worked with us to get the deal done at a price that was affordable! Honestly this is the best group to work with! I was in a tough spot with my car and they got me out of it and into exactly what I wanted/needed at a fair price! Everyone was so kind and genuinely wanted to help. I no longer have to worry about getting to work safely no matter the weather. I can’t say enough great things about Albrecht!

I had high hopes when I bought my car here. They made it seem like they really cared about selling a good car. They went over all sorts of thing that needed repair on it, yet somehow a week later after buying the car, it broke down. It was a pain trying to find a time to pick up the car, as I was told one day it was ready, when it wasn’t. I then emailed them asking about a reimbursement for the part that they did not check. And they told me to email someone, so I did, and a week later I still haven’t heard from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY ONLY WANT YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE

These folks are associated with Infinity of Nashua. I just bought a car from them. I was treated very well with no pressure. The car was fairly priced and they resolved any concerns I had. Computer readings showed no code clearing/tampering. They provided service history and Carfax. They came across extremely honest. I am over 50 with a family of 5 drivers, so I have many car purchases behind me. These folks were very straight forward and honest in my dealings with them. This was easiest dealership I have dealt with. I would buy from them again.

Albrecht Auto Group is disappointing and a scam as whole ! This company can care less about their customer service and service they provide to repairs. I have reached out to management a few times and have yet to receive a response. I took my car in for repair in January and have had to continuously needed to return my car for more repairs. 7 months later my car still isn't running! Do not trust this company!
