I wish I had a good review, but I don't. Living in Wilmington, I liked the ease of going to a dealership right down the street. But, after this experience, I am taking my business elsewhere. I had a lot of mixed feelings during this visit ranging from overwhelmed, to appalled, to disgust. The work that was done was great, but this experience is something I never want to go through again. I hope this helps some people.n1 - none of the service techs had masks or gloves on, meaning they were going in and out of cars with no PPE.n2 - the service writer came up to me spewing information on something my car needed, only to realize she had the wrong person.n3 - upon arrival, I told the writer I had changed my cabin filter two days prior. Upon receiving my report through email, the result for my filter was 'yellow, caution'. I brought this to her attention, and once again stated it was just replaced and it turns out the service provider didn't even check it. This then led to me waiting even longer so that this tech who screwed up could explain himself, and a different one could actually check the filter.n4 - once I received my report by email, it then took the service writer 20 minutes to check me out.

I have coming here for about 6 years and the service is always great. They treat me with respect and are ver accommodating.nnJane is a pleasure to work with. She is thorough and friendly and is always welcoming.

I went to have a recall done on my car. I walk into the dealership and many of the employees were not wearing masks which made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily there was a donut shop across the street that had tables outside where I could sit. It was done in and hour and a half ( not bad). After I left as I was driving home my air conditioner died.... I am not sure if it had to with the recall or not but I was not driving back to the dealership in that heat.

The service department was great. Overall, the dealership looks run down and not maintained. It’s kind of a “hole in the wall” kind of place. Again, getting my service done there is fine and the service people I worked with are awesome. I would not purchase a car there. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE FOLLOWING COVID GUIDELINES!!! This was very disappointing...They were all going about normal business, no masks, like we weren’t in a pandemic. Local businesses need to take responsibility for this... it’s a community effort. The whole place needs a deep cleaning and somebody to organize and tidy up the place. Just isn’t professional when your spending 30k + to have a dirty disorganized showroom.

I was pleased that the Service Advisor was proactive regarding which of the requested services are covered under the warranty. The result was a bill about half what I had expected. Good work!
