Buying a brand new truck was a pleasurable experience but after I drove it off the lot I faced nothing but wrong diagnoses, lack of transparency, and unfair billing from the service department. As I write this my truck is still under full bumper to bumper warranty yet I was quoted $800 to rectify an issue on my new vehicle. From the day of purchase I used their service department for every oil change and every tire rotation their service advisor said it appeared that my tires had missed rotations and two tires were scalloped and should be replaced (this was at 25,000 miles). When quoted, it was full price until I pointed out pro-rated prices and free labor cost in the New Vehicle Warranty handbook, I feel badly for customers that have paid FULL price when they didn't need to. Again, the sales team was a pleasure to work with but my experience from that point on was awful, I will not be returning to this dealership.

Have bought my last two trucks and a Tahoe. Don't think I'll buy anywhere else. Don't know about anyone else but don't think I can beat it. Mike's the best. Steve too .....

We have been buying Trucks and using their service for years. They have a great team when something pops up out of the normal oil change maintenance requirements we always bring the vehicles to Lannan Chevy ,because we know it will be fixed properly. Our location to them is a 45 minute drive and worth the trip.

Steve Morgan was very professional and knowledgeable. No pressure and a pleasure to deal with. Answered all of my questions and all of the details of the transactions were discussed. There were no surprises. Tanja and Marty were excellent as well.nI would definetely recommend and do business again at this dealership.

Tony is THE BEST Service Representative EVER !! Writes down all my areas of concern with such detail - Has a great sense of urgency in pleasing the Customer ( Me ! ) and getting everything done properly and efficiently - Keeps me updated through-out the whole maintenance process and ALWAYS has a smile on his face and is so pleasant to talk with. Can't thank him enough for all his help when I come in. He's definitely my go to !!
