Completely unacceptable level of customer communication.nnCalled on Wednesday to check if they have interior detailing services - they do. $100, but weekdays only. I asked about availability, and was told that it’s walk-in only. I then asked about a specific day (11/27) and was told that day was good, but be sure to get here early.nnI leave my house at 6:25am and drive 35 minutes to get there right at 7:00am right when they open. I was then told that the detailing service isn’t open, but to come back another day.nnI understand why they might not provide those kinds of services around a holiday, but the individual who’s responsible for communicating those types of details to customers when they call should absolutely be prepared to provide accurate information.

Christie was extremely charismatic and professional. She wasn’t about overselling me or trying to get me to win her any commission, it was all about my happiness and her making a sale (works for me!) I loved every minute of the experience and wouldn’t have asked for a better saleswoman as my first lease. In an industry dominated by white men, seeing a black woman defying all obstacles and doing a great job makes me happy as a social justice advocate. Thank you Christie and thank you Herb!

Amazing customer service as a woman it can be a little intimidating getting your car serviced, as a new mom it is even more daunting. The customer service at the service dept. went above and beyond to make me and my baby feel comfortable. June in particular went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I didn’t realize the maintenance message has a code and she promptly ran out to my car for me so that I wouldn’t have to drag my stroller out to the parking lot. Excellent service would highly recommend!

Very accommodating sales person (Mike Quinn). We were not held hostage, as we.were in other dealerships, where they held our keys or registration until we begged to get them back, so we could leave.nMike and a manager worked with us to get a good price. When we told them that we wanted to go to lunch to discuss the offer, we DID NOT GET THE PRESSURE NOT TO GO. They knew they had given us a very good price. So well had lunch and came back and bought the car.nThank you, Lou Monte

I worked with Lance and he’s a class act, an amazing salesman. He helped get me out of my old car into a new one the whole process was so quick! Also Chris in finance made the process so quick and easy and he got me an amazing rate! They were both knowledgeable and kept me laughing, I couldn’t be happier with Honda of Burlington!
