That girl Charlie is so rude and disrespectful, it,s been 2 times that she had a very unprofessional actitud towards me, the 1st time I told her my order as which she wanted me to repeat my whole order as well as when I was giving her my order she wasn’t paying attention and she was looking somewhere else and as yesterday November 29th. I went to buy a drink with my cousin, it was her and another sweet girl well she took my order and wish me a good day and attended the customers behind us since they were a couple and she kept on talking with this guy and took her 5 minutes to start our drinks, if this hasn’t happened to anyone else then it is personal.ud83dude21ud83dude21

My venti vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso tasted like steamed milk. Did they forget to add the coffee?? Such a disappointment for a $7 drink
