Everything is opening back up. Please make sure your store in manned properly. No one should wait 15-20 mins for a shake.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WAS DENIED SERVICE WHEN SIGN SAID THEY CLOSE @6PM ON SUNDAY. I WAS THIER BEFORE 5:30PM. AND THE EMPLOYEE SAID , TO COME TOMORROW, SMH .
Straight heat for a cold drink this place is fire
I have been coming here for over a year and they always make my smoothies just the way I like it. The manager is always pleasant . At times there will be a wait but it’s not a wait time that will cause me to leave . They also take orders over the phone So Order ahead if you really don’t want to wait.
Stood in front of the plastic guard “order here” sign for 10 mins without any staff acknowledgement. Finally told to order at the “pick up here” sign. So what was the point of putting up the plastic guard if your not behind it? I go to order and was told açaí is no longer available. Why have it on the menu then?? I understand it’s hard during covid to operate a business. What’s not hard is common courtesy and following the CDC guidelines for businesses.
