We just moved to this area, but I’ve been going to GC for a while. Came in for a men’s cut and got a cut from middle eastern woman. Forgot her name, but nice lady. Very nice cut, no complaints.nnNext day, bring in my 4yr and 2yr old for the 4yr old boy to get a cut. This time older woman, Denise, is the barber. W/o a hello she asks me how old he is and says he has to wear a mask with a short unfriendly tone. I have no problem putting a mask on him. A nice male employee overhears and offers a mask since I didn’t have one on me for him. First time anyone has asked to put a mask on 4yr old since the pandemic started, but that’s not really the issue here or an issue for me period. Denise brings a mask, her negative energy off chart at this point not sure why. I put the mask on my boy and we head to the chair. Before 10 seconds go by and he is settling into the chair Denise says to me that myself and 2yr old need to go back to the sitting area bc we’re in the way of her working area - again with unprovoked attitude. At this point I say there sure are a lot rules here. I’m not leaving my child there to get his own haircut, however I give her space by sitting in a barber chair one section over. My 4yr old usually likes to chit chat, but this old lady is having none of it. Basically just firm directions of where to lean his head and close his eyes. Not a great experience for him. We check out, I tip her - not even a thank you. Not a great cut either.nnStay away from Denise if you want a decent haircut experience.

I've been going to this one and a sister location for 20 years. Never had a bad cut. Friendly and attentive staff.
