Absolutely amazing super fast service amazing management that is able to resolve any issues that come up. The very nice cashier let me know I should order my tots and burger as a combo and not separately. In my original on-line order I had tots and a burger when I picked up my food there were no tots in the bag. I came back and they were able to fix my order. What I assumed to be the manager made me some new tots added fries and a burger for the inconvenience. They really made a not so good day better. All three workers I interacted with were very kind an attentive they have amazing service and I would recommend this to others.
I've loved my past Iceberg visits. Our visit this time wasn't so hot, but management reached out to resolve our disappointment-- very professional, super awesome.
Some notes on the shakes:
Grasshopper was a little too minty-- somewhat like toothpaste.
Pistachio caught me by surprise. It has dyed-green pineapple bits in it. The employees are normally supposed to tell you, but it slipped their minds. Beware-- unless you like that type of thing.
Nutella and brownie shakes are VERY good. Especially the Nutella.
Peanut Butter Malt is consistently tasty. Their fries and fry sauce are a good compliment as well. Great customer service, friendly staff
Food is yummy. Larger burgers and great shakes with lots of flavors. The only down side is that the handful of times I have been there, I have learned that you should plan on a wait for your order. So, just don't go when you're in a hurry.
Everytime I come here I have a wonderful experience and the food is always great! At the begining of the pandemic I came in for a shake and it took a bit too long as there were only 3 people working and one of them was busy taking the phone orders. The owner was there and ended up giving me a 20% discount on my order because of the wait and repeatedly apologized, even though I told him it was completely find and I understood how swamped they must be. Thank you for the great service always, and keep it up!
