I'm grading them on customer service not on food. The reason they get the worst score possible is because they never EVER answer their phone. Normally, I'd order through the app or online. But I what I order is not on their online menu. So I HAVE to call or go in person. It doesn't matter the day or time you call these guys NEVER answer. And if you're wondering what I order it's a Deep Dish Stuffed Crust Pizza. Just add it to your online menu already since you can't pay anyone to man the phones.
Always fast, reliable, and actually good tasting pizza. We probably get a couple of pizzas one or two times a week. It's budget friendly and great for the whole family!
I guess the sign on the front of the door saying masks are required is a recommendation and not a mandate... Every customer in here did not have a mask on and neither did some of the employees. I won’t be back here for a while if they can’t even obey their own directive or the laws of the county.
Super friendly and made our pizza's a little crisper as our request.
I’m currently sitting in the parking lot writing this as I wait for my order. I placed it for pick up at 4 PM. It is now currently 4:25 PM and I’m still waiting for the guy to bring out the order that he said would take 3-4 minutes. If my order wasn’t ready when I got here, why lie to me? Just tell me it’s not ready so I can go and come back. I have other things to do than sit here and wait for you to cook and order than should have been complete upon arrival!
