initially I had a terrible experience with the delivery driver and the order being incorrect, but someone reached out to me the following day and they were extremely professional and I appreciate that!
Horrible customer service, I will never eat at this place again. Manager is rude.
Historically I've had wonderful service here. Today was completely different! I ordered @ 12:33, it was "Out for Delivery @ 12:45 I think it was.. That part was good but it didn't show up until 1:03. , this store is 1.7 miles from me. 4 min if you are driving, 34 min if you are walking. This guy didn't walk here.
I ordered it cut in half, extra cheese and no tomato.

Pretty big fail compared to the service I was used to here.
Can I give a huge heartfelt Thank You to the staff at this location. I work in a field that supports people that are high risk given the current pandemic and social climate. The staff at this location were amazing at make a big order happen with ease and with no issues. This was a great treat for my clients to be able to have access to a business that respects their personal safety Keep up the great work. I high recommend supporting this location for they are dedicated to the safety of its customers and community members.
Usually they are great but they added tomatoes today when I asked for none and there is barely any turkey on the sandwich. 🤨
