I’ve ordered from this store many times with no problems. Today I had a mistake with my order that I realized when I made it home with my food. I called the store and the manager helped resolve the issue flawlessly. Great customer service.
The pizza that we ordered from papa John's tonight was perhaps the best pizza we've had in 10 years! So good!
Ordered pizza and gave them address... called an hour later and their employee said he’d be arriving in 5-10 minutes. Called another 15 minutes later and the manager “Kathryn” (if that is her name) said they tried calling multiple times because the address took them to a dealership. I was very specific on where I was and when she had confirmed my phone # it was completely the wrong one. Of course it would take a day or two for the $ to get back on my card. Cancelled my whole order and wanted me to pay again. Instead of apologizing she was rude and had very poor customer service. If I could give a negative I would. Horrible service.
I had a large pizza, no sauce, with pineapple, jalapenos and olives, and it was amazing. Thanks guys
