Honestly, I will never be going back to this Pizza Hut. I ordered on the app for curb side pick up. Arrived 3 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, notified them I’m there, and waited 25 minutes with nothing. Finally called, (didn’t want to go in because of covid) and it took another 10 minutes for them to answer. When he answered he said “sorry it’s ready we’ve just been busy I’ll run it out now”. He brought my food out and forgot my wings. When he went back inside I checked my food to make sure it was correct (it wasn’t.) when he came back out I told him “sorry sir, I ordered a supreme and all I got was pepperoni.” And he asked for my receipt so I gave it to him. Upon review, he said “did you order on the app? It says here you want a supreme pizza with only pepperoni. This happens sometimes” and I said “I’m not sure why that is. The price shows I paid for the supreme, not the pepperoni. Is there anything we can do about this?” (I know there’s a significant difference in price) and he said “sorry, I don’t know how the app works so I can’t fix this...”.

Make sure Pizza is hot not cold when delivered. Pizza was all shook up in appearance vs looking nice and presentable on arrival. Appearance means a lot.

Pizza was cold. I live 5 to 7 minutes from the store. BBQ Chicken not enough sauce. Boneless wings very little sauce.

i have a childcare. i order a lot. we most the time love your pizza. this order was so so hard and burned . it was so bad. with child care i never have left overs this time i had 2 pizza we throw out. no one would eat them. i made new lunch. very very very displeased . do know if i will order again. karen nelson 3359 west 7675 south west jordan utah 84084. how could cooks not see how bad it was......

Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and Honey BBQ Wings in which when they arrived the pizza was on the colder side, almost thin crust(should’ve been hand-tossed) and hardly any sauce whatsoever. The wings were colder as well with hardly any sauce on them. We also ordered Mt Dew and Pepsi in which they gave us Rootbeer. I called and they stated they couldn’t find the order, gave them the order number and the name it was under and they informed me they would get the manager. She comes back on the phone, same girl, and asked me the name again and after about a minute or so of her looking it up, she hung up on me. Not satisfied whatsoever unfortunately and Pizza Hut is the ONLY pizza joint I actually enjoy eating from. 🤷🏻‍♀️
