Always a very nice staff & fast service!! Order from there weekly. Never any issues.
Despite being a sub shop I can’t say much about food that’s being served, however more importantly this place obviously does not know the definition of customer service. I came in there one night to go grab a drink and once I got in the door they told me the place was closed which it actually was given that I had checked the hours here, however they did not have signs posted & their door wasn’t even locked despite saying that they were closed for the night. This place is unprofessional and does not deserve your business, This is not the first time this is happened to me at a Jimmy John’s, last year I went to the one in the Murray area and some teenager or young adult charged me almost 2 dollars for a drink which should’ve been less than a dollar or free as I confirmed it with the owner or other leader above management. I will never come to this location and maybe even other Jimmy John’s locations for any business because of this experience and the experience I had last year and I normally don’t go to their restaurants occasionally.
Man idk how they keep fast food employees so happy but i need some of that bread to live in
