When I looked in my bag my large fry was only filled to the middle. I gave it back at the window to have it filled up. When I got home the complete order was all wrong. After calling 7 times, I finally got someone to answer I was argued with by the manager Kendra about my order. I was pretty much told if I didn't come back right now I couldn't receive any assistance. I explained that I had small children and could bring everything in tomorrow, but I wasn't bringing my children back out tonight. She said she wouldn't be there tomorrow before she hung up. Some people should not be in customer service because not only do you make the company look bad, it shows lack of knowledge you have to be in the position your in.
The person at the drive through taking our order was very unfriendly. Food was good once we got it. Had to wait five minutes for it to arrive.
They are certain ones there that need to learn some old fashioned values such as RESPECT!!!
Absolutely great service and great food. Everything fresh
The staff are really nice but my order is always wrong either I get the wrong sauce or if I order a double I end up with a single not happy with that. This happens three out of five of my orders and I live too far out of town to always have to go back.
