Prices and staff are good but I’m finding a new store. Why the chicken in the ref section is always frozen is scary and fruit is absolutely awful here. Seems to be a Billerica MB issue :/
Most market baskets are so well managed. This one is not. For a store filled with rude staff restocking shelves, refusing to make eye contact, or get out of the way, it's hard to understand why they are always out of everything. Have you ever see a store with no onions? No milk? This is the store.
Frozen food is freezer burnt! Zero Lysol or cheap bathroom spray like Glade. Could be better stocked.
Great selection. Had everything I needed! Great customer service
It's hard to find sanitizer to wipe down the carriages the dispenser is typically empty and nobody is wiping the carriages anymor. The shelves are stocked, there's plenty of toilet paper and paper towel, and the cashiers are courteous but they don't wipe down the credit card machine between customers.
