Review addition:nnJust tried this location again in March 2021. Pizza was quick to come out but tastes like cardboard. Tossed the second half because of how lack luster it was and made a frozen pizza instead that blew it away. Such a bummer that this location continues to disappoint.nnOriginal Review:nnThis pizza hut has perhaps some of the most lack luster service of any in the area. We placed an order over the phone this evening and they put in the order wrong (they put it in as carry out even after we requested delivery and they told us what the delivery charge would be at the end of the call). After waiting almost an hour after the quoted time, we called to check on the order and they said it was placed as carry out. They said they would send our now 2 hours after ordered food to us if we wanted to wait another hour for delivery and did not offer any compensation or discount for their error, and the lady had a terrible attitude on the phone. When we requested they cancel the order, we got more negative responses back from the lady on the phone. Please note that the staff at this location does not have any care about the customer. This is not our first bad experience at this restaurant.

The app has bugs. My order was supposed to be for delivery and the app changed it to pickup. This is not the first time this has happened. I don't blame this location rather than the Corporate Headquarters. I made inquiries about this and they were ignored.

Tldr: Order somewhere else. Twice in a row now the toppings and the side ordered have been incorrect. The only request on the most recent order was no onion, but extra onion was provided instead. In addition, no marinara sauce was sent with the mozzarella sticks. Now, this is September 2020 during the pandemic. So some errors can be expected. But this was on a Tuesday night during non peak hours. We called to ask for a refund or a new pizza to be delivered. The manager at the store informed us that we could either get a store credit or wait two hours for another pizza to be delivered. We will not be ordering again, so we requested a refund instead of a credit. At this point, we are told we would have to go into the store to get a refund or we could call the next day when the other manager was present. We asked for the manager present’s name to reference the next day, which was refused. All together terrible service, repeated errors in the orders, and difficulty getting in touch with staff at each step of the process.
