I had a great experience a few weeks ago at Buckle in Las Cruces. Victor had excellent customer service and I have told multiple friends and family about how awesome my experience was... Thank you Victor 😁

I always have fun coming to visit my friends here. I love how they treat others with love and respect.

Great clothing selection (especially fall). The in-store credit card is a bit oversold, and you always have a shopper shadow.

Overpriced items and it's like a black hole for easily persuaded people. I hate being dragged here by my family.

Just recently I was at the mall when I walked by Buckle to look at some sandals near the entrance of the store. I walked in, a young gentlemen was fixing the manikin display at the front of the store who didn't greet me. I walked in, maybe I was there for about five minutes, when I decided to exit and as I was walking out the sensors were activated. I had bought shoes prior to going to Buckle, so I had my personal bag and the shoes I had bought in the store bag. Well I went back into the store to make sure everything was OK when the young man who was fixing the manikins, and another young woman approached me. To make a long story short, I was asked to walk in and out of the store with my bags. Then I was asked to leave my shopping bag with the gentleman and walk in and out to "see what the problem was" THEN I was asked to just walk in and out of the store with just my purse. THEN as if I wasn't embarrassed enough, the gentleman took it upon himself to walk in and out a couple of times with my purse, and my shopping bag. May I just add that the only time the sensor beeped was when that initial FIRST TIME, when I had gone back into the store. Maybe I don't look like their "typical shopper". Maybe because I'm a person of color, there is some kind prejudice or subconscious thinking that I walked into the store with the wrong intentions. I'm NOT sure, but what I will say is that if I'm going to spend my money somewhere, I want to give it to a company that trains their employees to treat their customers with dignity and respect. I didn't walk into the store to be humiliated because of the faulty sensors, or to stand IN FRONT OF THE STORE, as I was asked to walk in and out several times, AND to have an associate hold my bags and walk in and out of the store to MAKE SURE I DIDN'T STEAL ANYTHING. Once they asked if I could give them my purse, I had that sinking feeling in my stomach as I knew they thought I had done something wrong. Buckle, your an amazing company, but please do better. I did speak with the store manager, and he did a phenomenal job with following up with me, but I won't be entering this store again. I'll take my business elsewhere. Also, to the associate who took it upon himself to do this because "maybe it's the security tag on the shoes from the other store" as you mentioned, IT WASN'T. And if you truly believed that, you wouldn't have taken it upon yourself to walk out with my purse. and to the other associate, who just stood there and watched. Your part of the bigger problem.
