Marco's has some really good pizza. I finally got the chance to try it, after others told me how good it is. I ordered a small one topping and it tasted delicious and full of flavor, everyone working in the store was very polite and prompt to assist you as soon as you walk through the door. I definitely have found my new pizza spot!
Order was never delivered nor was the ordering instructions followed by placing the food on the chair sitting on the outside porch. Left on hold for 10 minutes when calling to inquire about my order. Driver lied and said he delivered my food to my address. I was asked several times to check my porch after repeatedly telling Hannah, the so-called Manager, no food was delivered. Was never offered to have a new order brought out but to just void my transaction on my card. After voiding my transaction, I was told that my question was “irrelevant” to verify with the driver what my porch looked like. First and last time ordering from this place. Horrible customer service!!!!
today when i went to get my pizza there were two employees who were working assembling pizzas and packing in boxes without masks on their faces, i didn’t feel comfortable seeing this i was worried because of covid-19
