I would give this location 0 stars. On 3 separate occasions I went to pick my order up and the doors were locked. I contacted corporate and they apologized and forwarded the email to the manager. Today I went to pick my order up, and the manger slung my food at me, didn't speak to me, and was mouthy as she walked away. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I don't even want to eat my food for fear she did something to it. It is a shame they have such rude, unprofessional managers running their stores.
I placed a order at 4:45 for delivery, and they estimated me 30-45 minutes. When I called at 6:30 pm I was told that the oven was down, however I could come pick it up.! I called again at 7;15 just to cancel at this point! They hung up in my face. I work in customer service, and if you are overwhelmed politely stop taking orders or respectfully say you’re busy. This is the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. I never received my food. Never heard from anyone! Save your time! Don’t buy from this location!
Delivery was fast. Items were as requested. Pizza was dry. I wonder if the base was made ahead and reheated with toppings.nLast week the cheese was so inconsistent. Some slices had hardly. I cut off the crust and used what I could in eggs the following morning.nIn all... disappointed.
I have had food from Pizza hut across the world. But this locations has let me so down that I don't even think I will order Pizza from Pizza Hut again !! Order all done wrong. Dry. Burn. No. No. No. In Kennesaw area, better try Jets Pizza. Much better.
They normally get my order right but I got chicken instead of fries the last time I went. I still love them and will be back very soon.
