Almost every time I’ve gone to this place in the mornings, I’ve never had issues. On Saturday (4/18), I waited for 3 minutes just to get fries. That’s it. Not a special order. Not a large order, but it took them 3 minutes. Not to count the 3 minutes or so I was sitting at the drive through to place an order. The most infuriating thing was looking through that window and seeing two people just standing there chatting away.nnI ended up driving away and not waiting around for the fries. $2 is worth the price I paid for not dealing with people who can’t get it together. Usually, there’s an older woman who works mornings and she’s always great. This time, I had the misfortune of dealing with teenagers or maybe people who’ve decided that minimum wage isn’t worth the hassle of actually doing some work.

For the second time in less than a week we tried to eat at a McDonald's. This one we walked in as a customer was finishing up an order.......nothing from employee. Several employees and managers walked by or saw us standing at counter.....nothing....no acknowledgments at all. After several minutes we left. Get your act together McDonald's.

The staff here will direct maskless customers to leave, even as their own masks are dangling down around their necks or against their chins to zero effect. They will sit there and socialize when they have customers waiting to order, and very loudly sigh and roll their eyes when people finally get sick of waiting and ask for service. Much like the atrocious Wade Green McDonald's nearby, they also do not observe their posted hours, often closing early or opening hours late. When I asked what time they were supposed to open, the cow at the window actually closed said window and walked away with a wave of her hand. I know people of talent and skill are not going to apply to work at McDonald's, but I can't help but feel that the consistently poor service and behavior of employees reflects upon an even worse management team.

They gave us all spicy nuggets instead of the regular ones, now the kids won't eat them. I would just ask for other nuggets, but they won't answer the phone except to immediately hang up. One of the worst mcdonalds I've been to.

Drive thru staff needs to listen to the details of orders. It isn't about just get customers through. Get the details right and understand what's available as you're changing menus; Breakfast to lunch.
