This location is normally pretty good but here recently they've been slacking. Today they were out of their sub bread and I had to go somewhere else. They also don't have sprouts. Hopefully they get it straightened out here soon or they'll permanently lose me as a customer.
Ordered and paid in less than a minute. Used the restroom real quick and food was ready to go. Bro was alone as well. Killin it.

Fresh and fast, people are nice and just perfect all around!
I love Jimmy John’s as a chain, but this particular location has never gotten an order correct when we’ve dined in or ordered to go. As other reviewers have mentioned the ingredients at this location are often not fresh and the service is always slow. If I want Jimmy Johns, I’ll drive all the way to a Woodstock location to get it done right.
