Never answer the phone. Had to go back after I picked up my pizza. Large stuffed crust with mushrooms, extra cheese, and no sauce. They made it wrong. It looked absolutely terrible. They couldn't even apologize for the mistake. I will NEVER go back to this location. Terrible customer service.

Do not waste money on the pretzel pizza!!!!nnReally disappointednI ordered the pretzel pizza and was shocked with how badly it was cooked. It was more of a cracker crust than an pretzel crust. It was so thin. I was assuming it would have been like a soft pretzel but I was wrongnThe crust was burnt and rock hard. I posted pictures to show what I got.

The bread wasn’t done, it was still dough and terrible. I also ordered an extra most bestest and got a cheese pizza with undone crazy bread for $12. I called and they wouldn’t refund after I got home 30 minutes later. They said I could trade it in for another pizza.

Made an online order on a Tuesday to pick up some pizzas. I got to their location at 11:15 to pick up the pizzas. They were not even open, even though they're supposed to be open at 11. I called the location and no answer. I watched as several other people showed up and then left because the store was closed. I ended up calling corporate to get a refund and left. I still have not gotten my refund 5 days later. No, follow up despite my leaving my contact information. Sadly, this isn't the first issue. Previous orders have been wrong, late, or missing items.

This is the place to go for cheap pizza. They always have pepperoni and cheese on hand.
