I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS. I have never had a bad experience here. The customer service here is the best. Everyone is always so friendly, upbeat and so kind. Plus, they always get my complicated order right.
One time the line moves smoothly, next time its a slow boat to China. Don't have time to figure out which day it is today, so over to Dunkin I go. Always fast there.
My wife and I were eating at Which Wich next-door to the Starbucks and just as we came out a delivery truck pulled up right behind us and four other people. The delivery was being made to Starbucks. We tried to explain to the driver there was a delivery road directly behind the store and he refused to talk to us. I tried to talk to the Starbucks people and they said it wasn’t their problem. We all sat there for well over 20 minutes.
Just a pit stop on our way home, but these people are the sweetest ud83dudc97
The service is really fast and usually the employees are very nice. The past few times though we have had rude employees and they never have the dragon fruit pieces to put in the drinks. Very disappointed
