Im Not here to criticize this branch, but Starbucks online ordering system in general...if they are going to allow people to cut in line by pre ordering and paying online, they need to have a board with time estimates for the people that order in person the old fashioned way. Online orders create an unfair invisible line. Multiple times I have walked into the store and been the first visible person in line, and still had to wait 20 minutes after realizing that there were countless mobile orders ahead of me...last time I took a picture of all the invisible customers in line ahead of me...infuriating...had I walked in and seen a huge line of people, I would have known I didn't have time to wait, but because I didn't SEE anybody, I ASSumed I would be right in and out

I would give no stars if I could. We placed our order not realizing the curbside had been turned off for the night. My daughter called in to ask about it. She didn't request it or demand it. She just wanted it to know if was an option being that we were parked in front of a curbside sign and they were still open. The team member that answered the phone had a lot a sass and gave my daughter flack. We were parked in curbside. She answered on a cordless phone. I saw her body language. It was not called for. If that question set her off then I can't imagine her in a more difficult situation.We just wanted out BOGO.

Good when they are available. Close at 3 in the afternoon. This location does not recognize a true coffee drinker, especially one with kids, needs expanded hours. That's ok. Gave my business to the store one exit down.
